You should always inspect the collar before using it to determine if it is appropriate for your dog to use this collar. If the product does not suit you, it is still possible to make an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original payment method.

This policy is valid only for all purchases made on our online store.

If the product is damaged, stained and/or discoloured, refunds will not be provided.

Shipping costs are at buyer's expense.

Orders placed on our online store are processed  and shipped within 1 to 5 working days.

Packages are shipped with Purolator including a tracking number. Dialed addresses are shipped with Canada Post. An email will be sent to you to this effect when sending your package.

Under no circumstances can Wendelin Farm be held responsible for damage caused by the use of the collar.

• Breeds: Labrador, Boxer, Australian Shepherd, etc.

LARGE:

• Ajustable from 18-24 inches (45-60 cm)
• Breed : German Shepherds, Husky, Bernese Mountain Dog, etc.
